What Payment Methods do you Accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Western Union.
What do the Order Statuses mean?
- Pending Payment – we are waiting for your payment. If you have paid, please complete the Payment Confirmation on your order page: Login > User Center > Orders > Submit Payment Confirmation
- Pending Confirmation – thank you for submitting payment confirmation, an admin will review and confirm your payment shortly.
- On Hold – there is something wrong with your order. Please reach out to our Customer Service email order@bestguys.ph with your order number as the subject line.
- Order Cancelled – if you have waited more than 14 days to pay for your order, the order will automatically be cancelled.
- Order Confirmed – your order is confirmed and in production.
- Shipped – your order has shipped. There is a tracking number next to the status for you to track!
How long will it take to receive my order?
- We pride ourselves in having some of the best turnaround times on the market.
Rush Shipping: 1.5-2.5 week turnaround
Free Shipping: 2.5-3.5 week turnaround
**Turnaround begins the day after your payment is confirmed. These are average turnaround times from our most recent orders and are by no means guaranteed. Sometimes, there are delays that are outside of our control which can delay packages from arriving timely.
What shipping service will I receive my order ship with?
- We constantly change our shipping partners, but you will always receive a final package shipped from USPS. Other packages can be shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or CNE Express.
Do I get a tracking number?
- All orders are provided a tracking number directly following shipment from our facilities. Larger orders will receive multiple tracking numbers.
How long does it take for an order to ship out after it has been confirmed?
- Rush Shipping orders are shipped no later than 5 business days after an order is placed. Free Shipping orders are shipped no later than 10 business days after an order is shipped. Business days are considered Monday-Friday.
How can I change my shipping address if I already placed the order?
- If you need to change your shipping address, please make sure that your ID has NOT shipped yet. If it has, there is nothing we can do. If it has not, please contact order@bestguys.ph with your Order Number as the subject line.
I am not happy with my order, I want a refund!
- No refunds, no reasons, period. If you are dissatisfied with your order, there has to be a reason why. Reach out to our great Customer Support staff who will make sure you are satisfied with your order. order@bestguys.ph
How should I take my picture?
- Stand again a flat surface wall with a solid, neutral color. Wear clothes that will contrast with your background. Make sure your hair is down and use a high definition camera (iPhones work). All photos must be minimum 100kb when uploaded to our site. JPEG, PNG, JPG files work.
Do your ID's scan, swipe, blacklight and have holograms?
- Stand again a flat surface wall with a solid, neutral color. Wear clothes that will contrast with your background. Make sure your hair is down and use a high definition camera (iPhones work). All photos must be minimum 100kb when uploaded to our site. JPEG, PNG, JPG files work.
Do your IDs work at Marijuana Dispensaries?

My ID's came in, but have incorrect information on them. Can I get a reprint?
- If you input your information incorrectly, there is nothing we can do. If it is an error on our end, please send an email to

My order hasn't arrived, and it’s been 2 weeks, what's going on?

I think my order was seized, what should I do?
- We securely ship all packages to prevent this from happening and very rarely, do our packages get seized. If this has happened, please reach out to order@bestguys.ph with your order number as the subject line and we will gladly reprint your order for free and send to a new address.
